Being involved in a meetup can provide an awesome community of moms to do life with. As a leader, you want to enjoy that community – even though you’ve committed to lead. A meetup can flourish with just one leader, or you may choose to have others lead alongside you. Building a team allows each of you to focus on the moms walking through the door.
After you watch:
- Set up a time to talk with your church contact about leadership policies or suggestions for leaders to serve with you.
- Connect with your Cohort Leader to brainstorm ways to find new leaders.
- Write down some names of moms that you will talk with about helping lead your meetup.
